Exfoliate Before Bed
Exfoliating is always an important part of any skincare routine. But in the summer, when you exfoliate is going to be even more important than during other times of the year.

When you exfoliate, you’re getting rid of extra layers of dead skin cells that can serve to further protect your skin from the elements. So by exfoliating at night, you’re giving your skin a chance to rest and rebuild while you sleep so it’s not extra sensitive when you leave your house in the morning.
